Canonical maximPeace is not the absence of conflict. It is a community’s capacity to halt the spiral of retaliation.

The Just Culture Programme

A culture of justice is not created by declarations. It grows where people learn to tell the truth about error without fear, and where institutions learn to receive that truth without retaliation. The Just Culture Programme carries the Just Council doctrine into schools, local governments, public offices, businesses and hospitals — wherever it is decided, day after day, whether trust is being built or spent.

What the programme does

  • seminars and workshops on a culture of justice for teachers, local officials, civil servants, employers and healthcare teams;
  • educational materials for working with error, responsibility and repair — ready for use in schools, offices and companies;
  • essays, manifestos and bilingual editions, open to every reader;
  • public meetings and debates on trust as the capital of the Republic.

How you can support it

  • Institutional partnership — a school, local authority, university, company or organisation that wishes to implement elements of the programme.
  • Patronage and publishing support — funding a specific seminar, publication or translation.
  • A donation for statutory purposes — made to the Healthcare Poland Foundation, which runs the programme.
  • Knowledge and time — experts, lecturers and practitioners taking part in sessions and debates.

Principles

  • Support has no influence on the content of publications — the doctrine and its texts remain independent.
  • Funds are used solely for the programme’s activities.
  • Once a year we publish an open summary of what has been done and how the support was used.
